We want you to love your e-bike, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You can return your e-bike within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping and restocking fees.
Eligibility for Return
Bike must be in like-new condition with no more than 10 miles of use.
Original packaging must be included.
Accessories must be unused and returned with the bike if part of a bundle.
Returns must be pre-authorized. Contact us at [emaile:mxebikescentral@gmail.com] for a return authorization number.
Fees
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned bikes.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your e-bike arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How to Return

2. Repack the bike securely in the original packaging.
3. Ship the bike using the provided instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval and issue your refund within 5–10 business days.
